The Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer will lead enterprise-wide human capital strategy for one of the nation’s leading Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, with a focus on advancing talent, culture, and organizational performance. This executive will be responsible for shaping a modern, remote-first workforce model, elevating employee engagement, and strengthening leadership pipelines through innovative development programs. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this leader will play a critical role in aligning people strategy with business transformation and long-term growth.
 

The ideal candidate brings at least a decade of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior enterprise-level responsibility. They have a proven track record of designing and executing forward-looking talent strategies, leading large-scale cultural transformation, and modernizing HR systems for impact.
