Position Summary:
The Chief Supply Chain Officer, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. They will have overall leadership responsibility for the company’s supply chain and logistics strategy, aimed at maximizing service, efficiency and financial execution. This entails developing and implementing the supply chain strategy, overseeing day-to-day execution, and providing effective leadership and management for the function.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience with at least ten years in senior leadership positions in supply chain, logistics and distribution within a multi-site setting. They must be an influential, innovative, strategic thinker & thought leader, as well as a highly collaborative team builder with exceptional communication skills. This individual must demonstrate the capacity to recognize and develop organizational capabilities that foster competitive differentiation, offering unique positioning against an evolving set of industry competitors.
