Position Summary:

The Vice President of Supply Chain Engineering will serve as a key strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining best-in-class operational processes across a nationwide distribution and logistics network. The role will be instrumental in building foundational capabilities where they do not yet exist, fostering a culture of accountability, and ensuring the supply chain is positioned to support both growth and service excellence. A proven track record in implementing lean methodologies, Six Sigma practices, and scalable process improvements is essential, along with demonstrated success in institutionalizing SOPs and operational playbooks. Candidates should possess strong business acumen, the ability to lead through influence, and expertise with warehouse management systems, automation, and analytics. Entrepreneurial agility, coupled with a hands-on leadership style and the ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, will be critical. Experience in food or consumer packaged goods is highly preferred, as is prior success building high-performing teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
