Position Summary:

The ideal candidate for the Vice President Sales & Marketing position will possess a background that includes a strong technical foundation, experience with engineered metals or plastics manufacturing and strong contacts and business relationships with Industrial OEM’s.

 

The Vice President Sales & Marketing will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to grow top and bottom line revenue.

 

Most immediate responsibility will be to lead the restructuring from an independent sales rep organization to a direct sales force.

 

Candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years sales and 5 years senior level sales management experience with a background leading a direct sales force organization.
