POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President, Human Resources will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, shaping and executing a comprehensive people agenda aligned with business priorities. This leader will oversee enterprise talent strategies including workforce planning, organizational development, engagement and performance management, while driving alignment between HR and operational objectives. The role carries broad impact through advancement of organizational effectiveness, delivery of scalable HR programs and leadership of transformation initiatives across a complex, global environment.
 
Our placement brings over 20 years of progressive human resources leadership experience within complex, global industrial manufacturing environments. He most recently served as HR Director, U.S. for a $1 billion regional business unit within a global automotive supplier. In this role, he led HR strategy and operations across nine manufacturing plants and one technical center, supporting a workforce of approximately 2,700 employees while overseeing benefits, payroll and HR shared services. He partnered closely with executive and operations leadership to drive business-critical outcomes, including a successful plant turnaround that restored positive EBITDA and cash flow, as well as averting unionization through proactive employee relations strategies. He also led talent acquisition improvements, reducing time to fill from more than 170 days to under 60 days, and executed restructuring initiatives that delivered more than $3 million in annualized savings. Earlier in his career, he held senior HR leadership roles across global business units and multi-site operations, where he drove organizational transformation, negotiated labor agreements, strengthened leadership capability and improved key workforce metrics including turnover, engagement and productivity.
