Position Summary:
The Vice President, Human Resource will be responsible to manage the Human Resource relationship with the CEO and his/her direct reports, holding overall accountability for ensuring that this business and people plans are fully delivering business value across the sector
This executive will be charged to successfully implement key human resources, within the sector, including performance management, talent management, succession planning, rewards, and resourcing in a manner that maximizes the individual and collective performance of people within the sector.
