The Vice President, Customer Experience will oversee Customer Insights and Customer Experience Measurement teams, while partnering with cross functional teams to drive the disciplined design and delivery of experiences across our digital channels, stores, affiliates and offices.
The Vice President, Customer Experience will define and drive a commercially impactful customer-centric approach that will help align and inform decisions across functions such as eCommerce, HR, Marketing, Store Operations, Strategy, and Technology. The VP, Customer Experience will be responsible for establishing and socializing customer experience KPIs, monitoring needs and pain points, and setting clear standards for engaging and serving our customers.
The successful candidate will have deep expertise in omnichannel commerce and a proven ability to be successful in a fast-moving, multi-banner business with complicated customer journeys.
