Position Summary
The Vice President & Treasurer reports to the Chief Financial Officer
The executive will provide direction of all treasury activities, including capital structure, investment management, M&A activity, foreign exchange, financial risk management, and worldwide property and casualty insurance.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with counterparts in the areas of tax, controllership, operations finance, investor relations, corporate development, and corporate finance. Advise management on investments and loans for short- and long-range financial plans. Determines the optimal cash position for the organization and sets short-term investment policies. Acts as liaison between company and banks, fostering positive and profitable relationships.
