Directs and manages all activities related to the Brand Management of the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, sales, distribution, marketing, product management, and aftermarket sales and service. Along with the sales team, this position will work closely with the dealer network, government and direct sales, international sales and other departments as needed.
Evaluate current sales activities to identify areas of strength and synergy. Assess those activities that must be improved to meet current sales demand.
Create an integrated sales and marketing strategy that will produce the sales returns expected.
A strong candidate is likely to have a strong sales and marketing background within capital goods companies selling through a dealer channel.
