Key Responsibilities
Partnering with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development shapes and drives the enterprise growth agenda across a diversified portfolio. This executive leads multi-year strategic planning, evaluates portfolio positioning and market opportunities and develops a pipeline of organic and inorganic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include evaluating acquisitions and strategic partnerships, strengthening market intelligence, supporting capital allocation decisions, leading integration efforts and establishing governance to ensure disciplined execution of strategic priorities.

Our placement is an accomplished strategy and corporate development executive with extensive experience across multiple industrial and consumer-oriented sectors. Most recently, they held a senior leadership role overseeing strategy, business development and growth initiatives within a complex, multinational organization. Their background includes leading acquisitions and strategic partnerships, integrating businesses and advancing corporate development initiatives. Earlier in their career, they held commercial, operational and strategic roles within a large global enterprise.
