POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development will serve as a senior leader partnering with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape and execute the enterprise growth agenda across a multi-business portfolio. This executive will lead enterprise strategy, corporate development and partnership initiatives, with responsibility for translating strategic priorities into actionable growth plans, transactions and value creation opportunities. The role carries significant enterprise impact through ownership of M&A execution, capital allocation support and post-deal integration, while driving alignment across business segments and enabling disciplined, data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience across strategy, corporate development, investment banking or consulting, with a track record of leading complex transactions and strategic initiatives in commodity-linked sectors such as agriculture, energy or food. This leader combines strong financial and analytical expertise with commercial acumen, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrixed environment. Experience in deal execution, partnership structuring and integration is essential, along with a leadership style that drives alignment, accountability and measurable value creation.
