Position Summary:

The Senior Vice President, President of Commercial Markets is a prominent leader within the organization, responsible for overseeing the $4 billion Commercial Markets division. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the organization’s Commercial Markets segment, including direct P&L management for commercial markets, strategic oversight of product development, fostering new business opportunities, developing market-specific strategic plans, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, executing network strategy and promoting a culture of strategic agility to adapt to market changes.
 

The ideal candidate must be a seasoned strategic and operational leader with a proven track record of full financial accountability as a P&L leader within the Commercial Markets function within a Health Insurance Company. He/she must have at least 10 years of leadership experience in progressively responsible roles. They must demonstrate a strong capability in managing traditional commercial health plan programs and navigating dynamic and changing market conditions. They will bring a deep understanding of healthcare, insurance administration, product marketing, strategic planning, financial management, direct-to-consumer sales, provider and member services, provider reimbursement, and operations, using this knowledge to drive business strategies.
