Position Summary
The Senior Vice President, Controller will report to the Chief Financial Officer and lead the transformation, modernization and operational leadership of the enterprise accounting organization across a complex manufacturing and distribution platform. This executive will oversee financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls and core accounting operations while driving automation, process optimization and scalable finance infrastructure initiatives that support continued growth. The role carries significant enterprise impact through advancement of financial discipline, enhancement of reporting and compliance capabilities and development of a high-performing accounting organization aligned with long-term business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings significant accounting and controllership leadership experience within large-scale manufacturing, industrial or distribution environments, with a track record of leading transformation initiatives across complex, multi-site organizations. This leader combines deep technical accounting expertise with operational and systems acumen, including experience improving workflows, implementing automation solutions and strengthening financial controls within dynamic environments. Strong executive presence, cross-functional influence and a proactive leadership style are essential, along with the ability to build talent, drive accountability and operate as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
