Position Summary
The Senior Director Manufacturing is accountable for multi-site plant operations, which provide products that meet quality, cost, volume and service criteria. The executive defines and recommends the strategic direction needed to achieve long-term operating and profit goals.
The successful candidate utilizes integrated talent management processes to develop and guide next level leaders across the manufacturing platform. The Senior Director Manufacturing formulates short- and long-term operating objectives in areas such as quality improvement, cost reduction, continuous improvement, manufacturing/processing efficiency, and new product development.
Our candidate possesses 15+ years progressive experience in plant manufacturing environment.
