Position Summary:
The President, Medicaid is a broad and impactful executive role. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the executive team, responsible for the Medicaid business segment. He/she will be responsible for leading the company’s achievement of the annual business plan goals, along with setting the multi-year strategic plan. This role will manage strategic alliances, critical operation partners, collaborative decision-making, and shared financial performance and will accomplish these tasks by working in a matrix relationship with the company’s leadership.
The President, Medicaid will have at least 10 years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, business development, sales, or marketing. Experience in Medicaid and working with government entities is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have previously led a Medicaid health plan to achieve successful financial and quality of care outcomes. Experience in managing strategic alliances, critical operation partners, and navigating matrix relationships with company leadership is essential.
