Position Summary:

The President will have complete Profit and Loss responsibility for the company’s global business and will lead, direct, and coordinate the full activities of the business with a goal of obtaining optimum efficiency, growth ahead of market, and maximizing profits.

This executive will lead the Business & Regional Leaders, Legal, Human Resources, R&D/Technical, Marketing/Business Development, and Commercial teams to drive change, operational improvements, commercial growth and customer relationships.

The selected executive must have 5-10 years of P&L experience with a minimum of 15 to 20 years of business experience, preferably coming up through the commercial function in a highly-respected industrial or consumer manufacturing organization.
