POSITION SUMMARY
The President & Chief Executive Officer will lead the overall strategic and operational performance of a large-scale milling enterprise, reporting to a governing state commission. This executive will be responsible for defining and executing the organization’s strategic direction while ensuring strong financial performance, operational reliability and customer service excellence. The role oversees all aspects of the business including production operations, grain procurement, sales, transportation, quality and technical services while guiding a senior executive leadership team. The President & CEO will also represent the enterprise with key stakeholders, suppliers and customers while ensuring alignment with legislative priorities and long term capital investment plans.
Our placement brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience with deep expertise in financial governance, strategic planning and enterprise operations within the milling industry, most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of the North Dakota Mill & Elevator Association. In this role, she led finance, information technology and procurement while overseeing enterprise risk management, strategic planning, labor relations and grain hedging for the nation’s only state owned milling company. She partnered closely with the CEO, executive leadership team and the North Dakota Industrial Commission to guide long term planning, capital investments and operational priorities while strengthening governance, financial discipline and organizational performance.
