Position Summary:
The President is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the organization with emphasis on sales and business development. The President will work with current active ownership regarding an organized transition related to leadership. The President will quickly be responsible for leading the organization and working with the ownership group and management team to establish and execute on key strategic growth and process improvement initiatives.
Our candidate is a forward-thinking and dynamic C-suite executive, with a global mindset and 23 years of progressive experience in manufacturing. He has been successful in driving sales and product development in public, family owned, and private equity portfolio businesses, delivering commercial and operational results, through innovation and exceptional leadership.
