Position Summary
The person in this role will refine and implement the global strategy and processes to e utilized for successfully filling executive-level roles including continuous improvement methodology, continually evaluating and updating processes to yield improved results, and refinement of scorecards to measure success. They will also establish a process to work with the HR directors and hiring managers in different regions and functions to build an effective executive recruitment engine.
