The Global Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for leading the function and company through the dramatic shifts in how to influence consumer behavior. The Global Chief Marketing Officer will be charged with driving the company’s overall marketing strategy, developing and leading a high-performance marketing organization and executing the marketing programs necessary to drive profitable growth and innovation. This includes leading all category teams and building competencies in advanced marketing innovation.
The candidate will lead a group that manages as a Center of Excellence, requiring a strong influencer. The group works closely with the Region Presidents and Regional CMOs to ensure the optimization of marketing solutions. This responsibility encompasses all products and brands as well as all enterprise marketing programs.
The Global Chief Marketing Officer will currently be the Chief Marketing Officer of a global consumer products or services company or a Divisional/Regional Chief Marketing Officer where the business is at least $5 billion in revenue.
