The Executive Vice President, Human Resources is responsible for aligning and supporting all HR strategy, talent & leadership development, succession planning, organization and human capital alignment, employee relations, cultural stewardship, coaching, and executive/total compensation across the enterprise. Additionally, the EVP, HR will oversee the internal communications function.
This executive will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and be expected to contribute to the organization’s strategy, mission, and values. They will have input on all matters involving company operations, not just those related to HR. At the same time, the EVP, HR will design and drive HR practices that achieve business goals.
The successful candidate must have 15+ years of experience in progressive HR roles with companies known for having “best-in-class” HR practices. This includes having worked in a highly-respected organization known for its merit-based, collaborative, and value-added HR function, rather than a command and control environment.
