Position Summary:
The Executive Vice President North America will manage a $2+ billion P&L and is responsible for delivering profitable growth and leading the North America Leadership Team in achieving those results. As leader of the North America business, this role aligns the broader North America organization on key priorities while ensuring processes and resources are in place to deliver business results.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven successful P&L leadership experience managing a growing business. The executive must possess a proven track record involving major strategic and operating decisions resulting in building, strengthening, enriching, and managing full business units and be experienced in a full range of general management responsibilities. The candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business from a creative point of view. Experience working in an entrepreneurial, family-owned or private environment is preferred.
