The Director of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice in Chicago will be responsible for cultivating new and existing client business development, creating effective go-to-market strategies and overseeing delivery of consulting services that tackle the complexities of M&A, from strategy, analysis and planning through integration and optimization.
TBlending business consulting and technology expertise to help strategic buyers prepare for investments, divestitures and integrating acquisitions with services spanning the transaction lifecycle from acquisition readiness, operational & IT due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration and carve-out activities are key elements of this position.
This executive will develop the local office practice growth, particularly in the manufacturing & distribution, healthcare, and technology sectors. As a practice leader, this person will build and lead teams of highly experienced consultants and technologists that address clients’ diverse business needs.
