POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of FP&A will report to the Chief Financial Officer and serve as the strategic finance leader responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting and revenue management across a multi-site manufacturing organization. This executive will partner closely with commercial and operations leadership to drive financial strategy, improve profitability and strengthen enterprise decision making through robust financial modeling, pricing analysis and operational insights. The role carries significant enterprise impact through enhancement of financial planning processes, optimization of revenue and margin performance and development of scalable reporting and analytics capabilities that support continued growth and value creation..
The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of progressive FP&A leadership experience within complex manufacturing environments, with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and business performance analysis. This leader combines deep knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, supply chain and commercial finance with a proven track record of supporting pricing strategy, revenue management and customer profitability initiatives. Strong analytical capabilities, executive presence and cross-functional influence are essential, along with a hands-on leadership style that balances strategic thinking with disciplined execution in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
