The Chief Sales Officer Insurance Operations is a broad and impactful senior executive role. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of product and business development relating to sales for Insurance Operations, including Commercial and Government Programs.
The successful candidate will lead the sales distribution channels, including direct sales, broker sales, and field marketing organizations, as well as public and private exchanges. He/she will participate in the development of the Insurance Operations short and long-term strategic plan. Additionally, the Chief Sales Officer Insurance Operations will foster and maintain productive and efficient relationships with the Clinical Enterprise and the various departments that comprise the Insurance Operations.
Finally, the Chief Sales Officer Insurance Operations will provide continuous support and information to facilitate and improve the understanding, acceptance, and integration of the federal and state products throughout the organization.
