Position Summary:
The Chief Research & Development Officer is responsible for leading the Global technical R&D strategy, vision, and direction for current and new products including building, developing, and leading a world-class high performing R&D team.
This executive will lead the R&D team in designing and executing the current and future focused R&D strategy, planning, and approach to optimize growth of the company including the identification of emerging technology, trends and opportunities.
