Position Summary:
The Chief Operating Officer will serve as the operational architect of the organization’s next phase of growth, turning strategy into scalable execution across all facets of the business. This executive will oversee core functions including warehouse operations, transportation, supply chain, IT, HR, marketing, customer service, and category management. They will drive operational excellence, lead facility and systems expansion, and ensure the infrastructure, processes, and teams are aligned to enable sustained growth and profitability. As a key strategic partner to the CEO, the COO will balance high-level vision with disciplined execution, fostering accountability, cross-functional alignment, and a performance-driven culture.
