Large Ancillary Health Provider
The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for establishing and optimizing the company’s operational infrastructure to align with the company’s ambitious growth objectives, including tripling the company’s size within the next few years. This role will directly oversee and provide leadership to various operational departments including Claims, Customer Service, Billing, Implementation, Benefit Plan Configuration, Provider Maintenance, Eligibility, QA/Training, and Business Process Improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience leading/managing in an operations environment. They will demonstrate success in managing and leading in TPA/Carrier operations environment, including implementation, benefit plan configuration, claims, customer service, enrollment, billing, process improvement, training, and quality control.
