Position Summary:
The Chief Operating Officer will direct all manufacturing operations, while providing leadership, vision and management to ensure operational objectives of the business are met in areas including manufacturing, food safety, distribution, planning & logistics, and inventory management.
The Chief Operating Officer will have proven experience of implementing systems and processes to provide key operating metrics to senior management and financial sponsors. This must be a hands-on, bottom line oriented leader.
The successful candidate will be a proven senior operations executive who has a minimum of 12 years progressive operations/manufacturing experience including experience leading a multi-plant organization in a food or beverage company. He/she will be a business partner to the CEO, the Executive Team and Board of Directors, continuing to help create and drive key strategies that accelerate the Company’s profitable growth while collaboratively driving operational excellence throughout the enterprise.
