POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Information Officer will report to the Chief Financial Officer and serve as the senior technology executive responsible for enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data governance and AI enablement across a large-scale distribution platform. This executive will lead enterprise architecture, technology operations and modernization initiatives while advancing a multi-year transformation roadmap designed to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience and business scalability. The role carries significant enterprise impact through governance of technology investments, advancement of digital and AI capabilities and alignment of technology strategy with long-term commercial and operational objectives.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including prior CIO, CTO or equivalent executive responsibility within complex, high-volume operating environments. This leader combines deep expertise in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data and AI governance with a track record of leading large-scale transformation, ERP modernization and operational improvement initiatives. Experience within distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics or similarly complex industries is strongly preferred, along with the ability to influence executive leadership and Boards while building high-performing organizations that balance innovation, risk management and disciplined execution.
