POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Information Officer will lead enterprise-wide digital and technology strategy across a global manufacturing and sales platform. This executive will oversee IT and operational technology, driving alignment of systems, data and infrastructure with business priorities across manufacturing, supply chain and commercial functions. The role carries significant enterprise impact through advancement of digital transformation, modernization of core platforms including ERP and MES, strengthening of cybersecurity and enablement of data-driven decision making to support operational excellence and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience within industrial or manufacturing environments, with deep expertise in enterprise systems, digital manufacturing and supply chain technologies. This leader combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, with a track record of delivering large-scale technology initiatives and building high-performing teams. Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations is essential, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes.
