Position Summary:
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will lead the development and execution of the IT strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business goals to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth. The CIO will serve as a key member of the leadership team, partnering across functions to enhance systems, data governance, and cybersecurity while streamlining business processes.
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience, including at least a decade in senior IT leadership roles within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments. A proven ability to scale IT operations and support growth in entrepreneurial, family-owned, or private equity–backed companies is essential. The successful CIO will be a hands-on, strategic thinker with strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a talent for building high-performing teams. This individual must balance respect for the company’s heritage with a forward-thinking mindset, guiding transformation while maintaining cultural integrity and earning trust at all levels of the organization.
