Consult with the CEO and senior management on key organizational and management issues related to the attainment of business plans and other strategic objectives, including guidance in the areas of organizational planning and design, succession planning, employee development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and change management.
Provide leadership in creating a performance culture with an expectation of high performance, accountability, and results.
Work closely with members of the Board on the Compensation Committee to oversee and approve the overall design and administration of executive compensation programs, benefit plans, succession planning, and leadership development.
