Publicly-Traded Consumer Services Company
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and be expected to contribute to our client’s Strategy, Mission and Values. This person will have a voice at the table on all matters involving company operations, not just HR issues.
The successful candidate will naturally cultivate the trust and credibility of the CEO, Board and executive team, and will play the role of confidante and problem solver on some of the company’s most sensitive and important issues.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in progressive HR roles, with companies known for having “best-in-class” HR practices. This includes having worked in a highly respected organization known for its merit-based, collaborative and value-added human resources function, rather than a command-and-control environment.
