Position Summary:
Advise the President/CEO and other members of the senior staff on a wide variety of operating and business issues; provide support and counsel to the President and colleagues, share information openly, and help strengthen the leadership team.
Identify opportunities to introduce/improve business processes and practices, helping the organization to operate more efficiently, and accommodate anticipated growth.
Evaluate the strength of the finance and accounting organization, and ensure that the department is properly staffed; upgrade the talent as necessary, and continually develop the capability of the organization.
