Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a business partner to the Chief Executive Officer, senior management team and board of directors and serve as a key participant in the development of the company’s strategy and building of its culture. The Chief Financial Officer will maintain the company’s fiscal integrity and internal control system and will have oversight and leadership of all financial management areas for the company.
The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of financial/accounting experience within one or more successful and sophisticated publicly traded companies. This executive should have already been a Chief Financial Officer for a publicly-traded company, or alternatively, this executive can be a sitting Chief Financial Officer for a private-equity owned business, but must have previous experience, at a senior level, in a publicly-traded company.
