Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer will work as a key member of the executive leadership team to provide financial leadership and insightful business analysis, offering new and creative solutions through the use of proven business and operational decision-making skills.
The CFO will be responsible for developing and delivering best practices in business processes, expanding the analytical rigor of the organization, and helping develop and recruit the talent required to support the company’s growth plans. The CFO must be a team player and successfully balance respect for the culture and key ingredients which have enabled past success, with a dedication to developing the capabilities that will be critical to the company’s success in its next chapter.
The successful candidate will have 5+ of years of financial leadership experience in the CPG/personal care space.
