Position Summary:
The Operationally Focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for developing, communicating, and executing on a coherent growth strategy (organic and acquisition) that leads to organic growth and best-in-class manufacturing and operational improvement initiatives.
The successful Operationally Focused CEO will be “hands-on” and lead by example, and he/she will re-orient and reenergize the business from a low, single digit revenue growth mindset, to a vision of high growth, performance, and excellence across all functions. This will include new strategies targeting new products; repositioning of the company into growing segments; driving best-in-class service and operational performance; and identifying priority focus areas for acquisitions with a clear plan for how they fit into the company.
The successful candidate will have previous P&L leadership experience and success in a private equity-owned business.
