The Chief Compliance Officer is one of the most important members of the management team and is responsible for overseeing the compliance function to ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years’ experience in corporate compliance, including at least 10 years in a management capacity with responsibility for staff and budget, preferably as the top compliance official in a health insurance carrier. Past compliance leadership experience with government programs in the Medicare/Medicaid product function is highly desired.
