Position Summary
The Chief Executive Officer will work collaboratively, with the senior team and board of directors, in executing growth strategies while delivering year over year EBITDA improvement through continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.
The executive in this role will have previous general management experience in a high volume manufacturing or distribution business and must have a background that includes leadership of a middle market business ($100 million to $500 million).
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a multiple facility organization, bring a strong operational efficiency acumen as well as possess prior experience in assessing, completing and integrating acquisition opportunities.
