Position Summary:
This Business Unit President will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership for a $150 million stand-alone business by establishing and implementing goals, strategies, plans and policies that continuously improve the overall effectiveness and drive the profitability of the business. The Business Unit President will work closely with the leadership team to develop, enhance, and implement strategic and tactical marketing and revenue growth plans and will identify new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and transformative P&L business leader, bringing deep and commercial leadership experience with a track record of success in a highly engineered manufacturing environment. Ideally, this leader will have operated in a group/segment environment and has managed multiple P&L leaders. This executive will be a strategic leader driving change with tactical understanding and appreciation for what is required to deliver on the strategy.
