Position Summary
The Head of Global Engineering develops and drives the company’s global engineering strategy and day-to-day activities. Additionally, this executive (and a team of over 350 globally dispersed professionals) works closely with the Research, Development & Innovation teams within the organization.
The successful candidate drives the implementation of the Asset Care and Autonomous Maintenance pillars, Engineering Standards, strategic CAPEX planning and Technical Project Management across the company’s global operations.
Our candidate possesses 15 years of experience managing global engineering teams in a World Class company.
