Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this individual will be a key member of the Executive Committee (EC) with responsibility for influencing the thinking and decisions behind the Company’s overall strategies, plans and operations. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all financial plans, financial policies, financial processes and financial relationships of the Company.
The successful candidate will have more than 20 years of financial/accounting experience within one or more successful and sophisticated publicly-traded companies. This individual must have the ability to work on critical strategic issues to facilitate the effective and profitable growth of the company.
