Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in developing and implementing the company’s financial and growth strategies. They will report to and partner with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The successful candidate will be an advisor to the Executive team and the company’s Operational Management Team, assisting them with their financial plans and economic modeling. They will be responsible for overseeing all financial responsibilities for the organization.
The CFO will work with the CEO and Private Equity ownership in positioning this business for an eventual sale in the next 18-24 months. They will serve as the primary diligence for the buyer group.
