Position Summary:
The Vice President Operations is responsible for providing strategic direction for the Manufacturing, Sourcing and Quality functions of six plants. They will own and facilitate the development of the strategic plan, promote change leadership, and drive accountability for key operating metrics to meet customer fulfillment needs and overall satisfaction.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of strategic leadership within a multi-plant manufacturing operation, specifically in a custom-engineered-to-order environment. Hands-on knowledge implementing Lean and Six Sigma, experience making decisions regarding the deployment of resources, and a successful track record of leading and driving change is required.
