Position Summary:
This position will lead Research, Development and Quality across the entire company and will be responsible for driving the global innovation agenda in addition to cost saving and quality improvement initiatives.
The executive in this role will actively partner with the Leadership Team to direct, organize, plan and control the pipeline of innovation projects; striking the appropriate balance in carrying out core business renovations with transformative breakthrough projects.
This role will drive a global strategy while ensuring resources are fully aligned to the business strategy, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of global resources.
