Position Summary:

The person in this role will provide direction of all treasury activities, including capital structure, investment management, M&A activity, foreign exchange, financial risk management, and worldwide property, and causality insurance.

Work closely with counterparts in the areas of tax, controllership, operations finance, investor relations, corporate development, and corporate finance. advise management on investments and loans for short- and long-range financial plans. Determine the optimal cash position for the organization and sets short-term investment policies. Act as a liaison between company and banks, fostering and profitable relationships.
