Situation Analysis
Our client recognized the need for a Vice President, Finance as a growing project pipeline and expanding footprint added complexity to its financial operations. Rising volume across several markets placed new demands on forecasting, project-level profitability and reporting. With a stable financial base and an active portfolio, the business needed dedicated leadership to strengthen discipline and governance at greater scale.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the President, the Vice President, Finance leads financial strategy across planning, accounting, treasury and risk management, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning. The role analyzes financial and project performance to guide corrective action, maintain accurate and compliant reporting and manage cash flow, internal controls and governance. Working closely with operational leaders, this executive also drives improvements in project profitability and cost efficiency.
