POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Financial Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, leading financial strategy, planning and performance across a rapidly growing, private equity-backed services platform. This executive will oversee finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, risk management and M&A integration while building the scalable financial infrastructure needed to support continued organic and acquisition-driven growth. The role carries significant enterprise impact through enhancement of financial reporting, operational analytics and business intelligence capabilities, optimization of capital structure and cash flow management and partnership with executive leadership to drive profitability, strategic decision making and long-term enterprise value creation.
The ideal candidate brings 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including CFO or equivalent executive responsibility within high-growth, private equity-backed organizations. This leader combines deep expertise in financial planning, accounting, treasury, M&A and operational finance with a proven track record of building scalable systems, leading acquisition integrations and supporting complex, multi-site operating environments. Experience within hospitality, events, business services or other project-based industries is strongly preferred, along with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style that balances strategic vision with disciplined execution, strong financial governance and cross-functional partnership.
