POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain will lead enterprise manufacturing, supply chain, quality and operational excellence across a multi-site manufacturing organization serving a broad Industrial Base. Reporting to the President, this executive will establish the operations strategy, standardize manufacturing and quality systems, strengthen supply chain performance and drive a unified Lean operating model that delivers predictable execution, world-class quality and on-time delivery while supporting continued business growth.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience leading multi-site manufacturing and integrated supply chain organizations within highly regulated, engineer-to-order environments. This leader will bring a proven track record of operational transformation, Lean deployment, quality systems and defense manufacturing, along with the ability to build high-performing teams, strengthen supplier performance and drive enterprise-wide operational excellence across complex manufacturing networks.
