POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President of Operational Excellence will report to the Chief Operating Officer and lead the development, deployment and continuous evolution of the company’s enterprise Business Operating System across a complex manufacturing network. This executive will drive operational transformation by partnering with business unit presidents and plant leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost and employee engagement while establishing scalable Lean management systems and operational disciplines. The role carries significant enterprise impact through advancement of continuous improvement capabilities, deployment of a unified operating system and development of leadership practices that support sustainable performance and long-term growth across a multi-site manufacturing organization.
The ideal candidate brings significant manufacturing and operational excellence leadership experience within complex, multi-site manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of leading enterprise Lean transformations and deploying scalable business operating systems. This leader combines deep expertise in Lean methodologies, strategy deployment, daily management systems and performance improvement with experience delivering measurable productivity gains, cost savings and EBITDA growth. Strong financial acumen, executive influence and leadership development capabilities are essential, along with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style that balances strategic vision with disciplined execution and organizational capability building.
